      Avantages

      Delivery leads and Management all are very understanding and very transperant in communicating and they surely encourage good talent and also motivation is also very good. they are very realistic in what they say and promote it practicaly am enjoying my work in this company and trust is what we need to keep up

      Inconvénients

      i have not had any experience untill now which was bitter or regret

      Avantages

      The company provides a good platform to learn and grow, Especially in client handling and recruitment processes. The team is supportive, and the work environment is generally positive.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing major to highlight as a con from my perspective, though continuous improvement in processes is always beneficial.
