      Avantages

      I worked as an intern at the Minnesota state capitol. I got hands on experience monitoring committees and analyzing how state politics functions

      Inconvénients

      I wish their was more development/ training programs through the organization. I learned a lot but it was primarily through experience rather than developing skills necessary for the industry
