      Free board & lodging, free water & electricity consumption

      Inconvénients

      Since we are stay-in farm employees, we are 24 hours on call 7 days a week, we should be receiving mid-year bonus also Christmas bonus & 13th month pay because we don't have annual salary increase and out of our dedication for our work, our children also tend to help in some farm chores
