      -Great resources to learn and pick up skills -pleasant work environment -Hybrid work culture is supported

      Inconvénients

      -Performance appraisal is a nightmare, you are not acknowledged for your work neither do they have any idea -salary is dead low for beginners -The conversion rate of contractual employees to permanent must be the lowest possible in this industry
