      Avantages

      Good company. Great benefits and they treat those who work hard very well. There are a lot of good people there that are willing to help you move up if you're willing to do your part.

      Inconvénients

      There is a low ceiling for their pay scales though. You can only climb so high, due restrictions in the industry, and a little bit of nepotism.

      Very old-school mentality; less vacation time than other places, 401k match isn't great
