Avantages
Overall, the company is good for freshers and provides good learning opportunities for people starting their careers. The workload is manageable compared to many other companies, and the work-life balance is also good with Saturdays off and no work pressure after office hours.
The environment is friendly, office politics is very less, and it’s easy to build good professional relationships. Salaries are paid on time, and the company offers decent pay for freshers. The management is supportive and approachable, and employees can directly communicate with senior management when needed.
It is a good place to gain experience at the beginning of your career. The software development department may be different, as it mostly consists of experienced professionals, so I cannot comment much on that team.
Inconvénients
Growth opportunities are limited in the long run. The number of projects is comparatively less, and after gaining initial experience, the learning curve becomes slow. It is a good company to start your career and gain experience for about a year, but for better growth and exposure, you may eventually need to look for other opportunities.
