Research was at times monotonous,others satisfying. The benefits are excellent. Management generally made a strong effort to communicate clearly and create a convivial atmosphere.
Inconvénients
Work could get a bit tedious, with report styles changing to fit the personal preferences of a particular editor, which could be strict at times.
