Avantages
Great benefits, Wonderful staff and culture. Relaxed atmosphere and casual dress. Work is varied and interesting. Great place place for older workers. Awesome pension and 4 weeks vacation from the start.
Inconvénients
Because of the economy and the current changes that book publishing is going through, finances are very tight. Staffing cutbacks have put a great deal of pressure on remaining employees.
