      Avantages

      The atmosphere was great, and I loved working with the alumni. The alumni, while quirky, are all very intellectual, and that's a stimulating thing for those working for and with them.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be grueling, particularly during reunions, when overtime is expected. During the high-volume times of the year, it can feel as if one lives in the Association, not just works there. The pressure is high at that time, too.

      Avantages

      The staff atmosphere is great. I enjoyed getting to know everyone there. They were very helpful and welcoming to me as an intern.

      Inconvénients

      I had to work remotely which I did not prefer.

      Avantages

      Great place to work with great people. You work hard and they are appreciative of the work you do.

      Inconvénients

      Many employees come and go. It is like a revolving door.
