      The orginsation is big in giving chances to people with no experience. Great internship program. Flexible hours, youthful culter

      Inconvénients

      Lack of management structure, incentive structure, bonus structure. Management require a fair amount of people management skills, technology is not transferable, very tailored to MIP.
