Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre expérience au MIM. Notre objectif est de créer un lieu de travail positif et engageant, mais je me rends compte que nous pourrions parfois ne pas y parvenir. J'espère que vous trouvez satisfaction dans votre nouvelle entreprise. En fin de compte, nous voulons que les membres de notre équipe soient heureux, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du MIM.

If you intend to rely on health insurance from this employer, definitely reconsider what other options you have.
Ever since GEHC bought MIM the medical benefits are awful. I have spent countless hours fighting with insurance through third party systems to figure out claims, coverage, and other basic details that were never a hassle with our previous insurance providers. Half of the “in network” services and clinics don’t even recognize the insurance we have and it’s impossible to fill out online forms for certain services because our insurance just doesn’t exist in any systems. You also cannot contact the insurance directly without being taken to a third party who poorly communicates back what your options are.
I am a healthy individual, but managing my health benefits has been the worst part of my year. I don’t know how a medical company can get this so wrong.
