      Avantages

      - The owner trusts the staff decisions and is not overbearing - It is a good company wherein the staff has the opportunity to work with international clients and colleagues from around the world - It is a good place where employees can improve their abilities because the company integrates all the different aspects of the work and staff members will be able to work and learn about the different roles and responsibilities - There is a good balance between personal life and work because the owner respects the employee's rights for personal holidays and personal leave

      Inconvénients

      - More activities are needed to strengthen the relationship between the vertical and horizontal level

      Thank you for the advice we are definitely taking steps to strengthen the communication between the management and the rest of the team. Our company is one with a very flat hierarchy where everyone gets the opportunity to take a leadership role. Our aim is to create leaders not followers!

      - Opportunities to try just about everything (PR strategy, Copywriting, Liaising with the press, Project & Client Management) -> allows fresh grads to figure out their strengths and passions

      Inconvénients

      - Employees are often expected to work off-the-clock, including on sick days

      Some techs are good to get along with, depends on customers/location

      Inconvénients

      No insurance / 401K , no advancements / growth

      This comment also sounds off, our employees are promoted at least once per year sometimes more often and all have an insurance. If you apply to one of our vacant positions you are welcome to ask the team and to talk with them privately. We may not be perfect yet we realise that a company's capital is equal to great employees that feel valued. Put us to test!
