I can't think of anything good about this company.
Inconvénients
MERP Systems is a small company. They don't treat their employees professionally. Management is horrible. It's a family based company, so if you want to complain about the manager, you will be complaining to some of his relatives, which puts you in a bad place. Complains are taken personally, which make work environment not pleasant. There's explicit favoritism, and unequal treatment. Payment is very low, with no place to grow. Knowing how unprofessional they are, there's no way you can use them as reference after you leave the position. Don't waste your time. Search a little more, and you will find something better. PS: Google has this company rating 5 starts, but this is because the reviews there were given by company's family members.
