Avantages
I’ve been at MBDA for a number of years and in that time the company has grown massively, however the culture of belonging, of working towards a purpose and living the company values still remains the same. In my role I work with all levels of the business, right up to VP level and I find that people are willing to listen and appreciate your point of view - which is a rare commodity. The people in the organisation are undoubtedly are best asset.
Inconvénients
As the company has grown so quickly it has meant the organisation has struggled with processes and working in a more agile manner, which some people find frustrating. This has been recognised and changes have been made to streamline and improve processes to help the company deliver. The company is on a journey but not there yet.
