      Avantages

      New projects pretty regularly keeps things interesting. Nice mix of large, multi-year projects and smaller projects. Good place if you've been at a large company for a while and want to learn a lot of stuff quickly. If you're a new graduate this might be a good place for a couple years to gain a variety of experience.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is average, probably a bit below average. Raises track inflation and that is about it.

      - Very professional environment. - Nice people to work with. - Positive environment. - Always works on new projects and learns new things. - Flexible work schedule. - Nice health insurance coverage.

      Inconvénients

      - No job hierarchy that can show professional growth (since it's a small business) - Less benefits compared to big companies
