Great company that really tries to make sure employees are happy. The small things that the company does are noticed and very much appreciated. Everyone has met the owner of the company and even though the main office is in Houston, they usually know you by name and actively listen to people when issues ever do come up.

Momentum has grown a substantial amount in the last few years so there have been some growing pains. Sometimes middle management tries to follow how other larger companies do business which is unfortunate since I believe the reason they do so well is because of how they have adapted to being where they are right now. I hear lot of bad advice going up the chain of command and while glad they listen to employees, sometimes it ends up making small/non issues worse in the long run because that's all they hear and naturally they want to change something to make it better.

Good place to get a foot in the door of the industry. There a many knowledgeable employees that can teach workers new to the industry extraordinarily well. The cohesion and atmosphere amongst coworkers is really good. Still decent pay compared to other employment options in the Ohio area.

Pays well below industry standards. Massive pay scale discrepancies. No career advancement structures, M3 does not even give annual reviews. Benefits have been cut each of the past three years. Operators work schedule are anything but conductive to a family schedule.
