      Avantages

      The company offers great work/home life flexibility. They have an amazing work from home policy. Not micro-managers.

      Inconvénients

      Management team discusses information about other employees with other employees, in appropriately. Cannot trust anything management says. They change the version to suit their needs at that moment. Always looking to place blame. Favoritism is rampant.

      Avantages

      Everyone was something to look forward to every single day. I loved my position with Lyons and enjoyed helping everyone when needed. I loved my job, I love putting a smile on a face.

      Inconvénients

      For the first time in my career of 17 years, I spoke up and was ignored. I feel it could have been avoided if handled differently if upper management would have talked directly to me on those concerns.
