Sometimes is difficult to put together everybody to work for the same project. Someone might drop the ball. Challenging industry at tech is killing all telecom.

- Management help set clear goals for projects to help guide project and performance - Team members are always in a positive mood, which is infectious. - Management teams allow employees to work independently without constant supervision - Professional development opportunities are given. Which is nice to know. They really encourage and promote growth here.

Inconvénients

- A lot of work and lots of opportunities. Never a dull moment! - May wear a couple of hats with lots of responsibilities, but this is a great opportunity and place to grow and develop a career.
