Avantages

Great pay, real opportunity to hit goals, fun coworkers, multi-cultural and multi-lingual organization, plenty of growth in the employee experience space, leads often come from marketing, executive team has a long term vision in the product, sales is always recognized, remote work with a local office in Austin!

Inconvénients

Product, marketing and sales lack alignment at times. Internal growth can be limited without a standard process for growth.

Avantages

As a recent hire, my perspective is limited on experience and weighted towards what I know and what I hear from the team. The company overall has great energy and ambition to grow and evolve through the platform and brand. The employee base is smart, humble and engaging; people who care about their work, good collaboration and helping end customers.

Inconvénients

Process between teams to work better together and general communication kinks are present but are being revamped as part of a company-wide focus for 2025. Would love to see more resourcing on new priorities that take additional investment of either time or money.

LumApps is in this great spot with imminent growth ahead. The market we play in has yet to claim a true leader and we are positioned to be that which is very exciting. Every employee can have a huge impact on this growth and we are always looking for motivated individuals that want to join a team of big problem solvers.

Being a global organization presents some challenges in terms of time zones.
