      Avantages

      I have never been made to feel so welcome in a company before - and the friendliness and willingness to help everyone succeed is genuine. Management is very visible and approachable. A lot of time and effort is being invested into company culture.

      Inconvénients

      As a scale up, there are occasionally still some process issues but a lot of effort is being put into straightening these out as the company matures.

      I love working at Lucinity! The team is wonderful, they give you lots of opportunities to share your ideas and to make a meaningful impact on the company. There are a lot of cool and innovative projects and the company is at the forefront of AI development.

      Inconvénients

      Growing startup so there can be challenges with regards to scaling.
