Inconvénients
There are a few teething problems in terms of organizing processes, which is to be expected for a startup. It also means Lucinity is quickly adaptive to change.
During my interviews, my manager-to-be wasn't shy about a steep learning curve, if you don't have a background in AML it definitely can be.

An onboarding folder with relevant information for new Lucinians is a great idea and I'm happy to report that it's something we're already working on.
I love working at Lucinity! The team is wonderful, they give you lots of opportunities to share your ideas and to make a meaningful impact on the company. There are a lot of cool and innovative projects and the company is at the forefront of AI development.
