      Avantages

      Flat organizational structure hence easy to approach management. Growth opportunity are there is you are hard working.

      Inconvénients

      The company does not want to spend money on employees, very minimum travel policies, in fact, you will end up paying from your own pockets, No DA. Employees are treated relatively well by everyone but their benefits are not the first priority of the Management.

      Great learning environment for data and reporting skills. Working with real-time sales data gave hands-on experience in Excel, and MIS reporting. Management is supportive and the work culture encourages growth. Regular exposure to field sales data builds strong analytical thinking.
