Management sucks, extremely toxic work environment be prepared to be talked down to and seen primarily as an operator not an employee. No opportunities for growth whatsoever, long hours 60+ hour work weeks most of the time and tight deadlines. The biggest problem I had here was feeling stuck and unmotivated. As an employee even when I offered ideas to improve our current content. These ideas were ignored 😒 with no end insight
