      Not many as mgmt micro managers everyone and is behind the times. Bullying is a theme.

      Inconvénients

      Sr Mgmt is behind the times and not culture friendly.

      Avantages

      Pros – The top leadership. What does it take to get promoted? Performance or experience? Not really. Being part of the inner circle seems to matter more. Director, TA to TO — what a journey. More transparency, parity, and equity across all LM employees, not just one location, would go a long way.

      Be fair, parity and equity. Toxic culture
