      Work life balance but it heavily depends on the team. Flexible working hours. work from home culture but few days in month you should show up.

      Inconvénients

      Single digit percentage increments. No visibility. Very minimal/no team outings.

      Avantages

      Pros – The top leadership. What does it take to get promoted? Performance or experience? Not really. Being part of the inner circle seems to matter more. Director, TA to TO — what a journey. More transparency, parity, and equity across all LM employees, not just one location, would go a long way.

      Be fair, parity and equity. Toxic culture
