      Avantages

      You get to know a lot of people because people keep quitting. Within half a year about ten people left.

      Inconvénients

      Utter chaos, for a company that has been around for 15 years you would think there would have been some SOP's in place.

      Work environment and atmosphere is good. Lot of different projects and freedom to implement our ideas and proposing to leadership team. Highly Talented teammates/peers
