      Avantages

      -Never got hungry, pantry always have food -A lot of young people, good vibes and colleague -HR is friendly, and easy to communicate -Got bonus and incentive

      Inconvénients

      -A lot of change in SOP (no clear direction) -Lack of leadership (Your boss less knowledge about technical things in department) -Many small client, a bit challenge to manage -Company direction using to much AI
