Pros, you have a job. If you are picked as a favorite, management will go out of their way to see that you get the best sections, tables, etc.
Inconvénients
Cons, well I could go on for quite some time. After learning that many of the managers and higher ups have gotten with underage staff, and the other gloating rumors, I was starting to look for other jobs. The directors and management also have no respect for women other than looking at them like a piece of meat. Also, if you do not speak a certain language, it is okay for staff (including management) to talk in the language that you don’t understand, in front of you, no matter if the context of that conversation is appropriate or not. There is an obvious racial preference for staff as well. As a woman in management, I was constantly met with hostility. Management also picks out or already has existing staff that will be put above others, when I tried to change and challenge this, I was let go.
