      Great product with thoughtful, deliberate, customer-friendly architecture Great leadership who are genuinely excited to take conversations and feedback from any employee Great team who hustle and demand a lot, but know how to respect boundaries Great partnership with AWS Pay/benefits are at or slightly above industry standards Fantastic near and mid term company outlook

      Inconvénients

      Small teams working across global timezones can be difficult and demanding, especially during sprints. A lot of work to be done on internal workflows and structures to minimize employee overhead

      Startup culture, international workforce, big name hospitality industry brands as customers

      Inconvénients

      The main con I have to report is being called out of the blue and given a 30 day notice of being let go. After nearly 2 years working here, and being told repeatedly that I was doing an amazing job, the current Chief Sales Officer (as of 2022) offered nothing more than a "thank you, your services are no longer needed." Meanwhile, the CEO was organizing an international retreat for a workforce of ~40 - and yet I was not even offered any $$ as severance. They knew I had a family and new mortgage.
