      Startup, team lunches, nice office

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagers, little trust in team and will put blame on workers when there are issues. Also they let ppl go with little notice, immediately disconnecting all access to their systems before the agreed termination date, not paying the agreed hours

      Avantages

      Great product with thoughtful, deliberate, customer-friendly architecture Great leadership who are genuinely excited to take conversations and feedback from any employee Great team who hustle and demand a lot, but know how to respect boundaries Great partnership with AWS Pay/benefits are at or slightly above industry standards Fantastic near and mid term company outlook

      Inconvénients

      Small teams working across global timezones can be difficult and demanding, especially during sprints. A lot of work to be done on internal workflows and structures to minimize employee overhead
