      Avantages

      Reasonable work hours for a call center.

      Inconvénients

      After being sued by Google, this place was a sinking ship. We were laid off in waves. Management was horrible, had no empathy and prided themselves in shady business practices and making their employees feel bad. Horrible experience.

      Avantages

      Full time hours, Weekends off, Great help from the supervisors, Nice environment To work in, They also give us all kinds of goodies to keep the energy going and Casual dress code

      Inconvénients

      Since entering as a CSR, I have to clean up what "sales" promised to a lot of clients (LIES) I totally understand how a customer would feel expecting one thing but then the outcome is totally something else smh

      Easy to request time off Easy environment

      Inconvénients

      People i n management positions have been there for along time so, unless they leave there is no room for you to move up. No overtime
