      Avantages

      * Easy to commute by subway and/or Citibike * Opportunities to work remote if needed * Flexible hours * Well maintained machines to keep up with workflow * Big windows to look outside * Great communication * Easy time track system * Very clean and dust free * Good music in background but alright headphones too * Great selection of food in area * Has a kitchenette: microwave, electric kettle, fridge, snacks.. etc.

      Inconvénients

      * Sometimes busy (it’s a studio!) * More space

      From my first day on the job, I could tell that the people, the atmosphere, and the variety of work involved are what made this studio a place that I wanted be a part of. Everyone working at the studio is easy-going and friendly, which is in large part what lends to such a comfortable work environment. Whether you want to join in on conversation with your fellow employees or put your headphones on and focus in on the task at hand, you'll find yourself in the right environment. Through the spectrum of work that is provided, asking questions is encouraged and there are many opportunities to learn and grow on a personal and professional level. Overall, with these factors in mind, I've had an exceptional experience working at Local Color NY. It's one that I truly feel lucky to have found.
