Avantages

Great coworkers, pays well, growing business learned alot of new skills working for the Chef that was there when i was hired.

Inconvénients

New Chef does not communicate with kitchen employees. Seems to not understand the buisness.

Avantages

Good pay and great benefits …if and when they have work

Inconvénients

Most work is in Louisville or have to travel to other states. When I joined I was told I wouldn’t have to travel more than 30 minutes to work. They lied to get people to join just to pump up their membership numbers. They don’t value family time. It is just about the union and money…family last
