      Still adapting to the 100% remote company, but working to improve the process. Sometimes there's a lack of clarity on priorities, but leaders are working to improve it.

      Avantages

      I love the energy and culture Loadsmart has shown me through my first year here. I couldn't ask for a better place to work as they have supported my in office self progress as well as my personal out of office progression.

      Inconvénients

      The only negative I have is that I didn't find out about Loadsmart earlier in my life.
