      Avantages

      Nice folks other than the CFO and Controller, casual dress code, beer and wine at the office.

      Inconvénients

      The CFO and Controller micromanage everything and everyone excessively. They demand overtime and weekend work that isn't needed to get the work done well. They are horrible at managing their own time so they expect everyone to work late to stay along with them. The pay is also low, and below what is a living wage in Austin, TX.

      I loved the people I worked with. Great environment.

      Inconvénients

      Being bought by a bigger company and going down the Office Space path.
