I like the idea of the business as much as the enthusiasm of the board and members. This was before the change of management happened in September 2023.

During my time in this company (1.5 years) I have witnessed more than 15 people leave the company, 1 financial crisis, and another was almost about to happen. When the company was sold to Gaundlach Holdings, the new management promised transparency, stability, and honesty... none of which they could stick to. They fired more than 65% of the company after 3 months.

A very international team who were great to work with!

The management is appalling and treat their staff very badly. The staff turnover is incredibly high, with most staff members lasting 3-6 months before leaving. The company give no guidance or support, management are very negative, controlling and micromanaging, with no trust for their colleagues. They have made many false promises, including bonuses that never get paid, and paying salaries 3 months late meaning I couldn't even afford rent. They are rude, sexist and demanding, and they massively underpay every staff member. When I said I was leaving, I was treated with a horrible response and ignored for the whole day, leaving me in tears.
