Avantages
Steady employment, repetitive, plenty of jokes. I met lots of interesting people there.
Inconvénients
Very little direction. No one knows what is going on and if they do they won't tell you. Very laxed safety regulations. Rules are openly broken by leadership unless the safety manager is on site. They promise you the world and never deliver. The supervisors will tell you anything to string you along for another month, week, or day. I was told multiple times by many individuals in authority that I would get a raise but it never happened until I threatened to quit. By then I was already due for the 2nd promised raise. I quit and as I walked across the parking lot to the truck the supervisor chased me down offerering my promised raise on next check but it was to little to late. By this time I was 2 raises behind and lacking a management position that had been promised monhs ago.
