      Avantages

      Highly skilled staff. A strong performance driven business producing well designed products. The environment tends to bring out the best in the staff.

      Inconvénients

      Business system can sometimes be inappropriate, sometimes inflexible, and can occasionally feel more like a cult. Program schedules can be disrupted by unnecessary training with no warning, and annual performance reviews can consist of reciting company mantra.

      Avantages

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Inconvénients

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
