Avantages
I'm not quite sure about it because I've only joined an internship program here. Basically, I think it's kinda nice in terms of technical training. I think I've learned more about how to implement and debug code for better delivery
Inconvénients
I don't really fancy the fact that they actually give us false hope in the selection criteria of the internship and also, changed the internship duration to 5 weeks out of the blue when it was supposed to be 12 weeks in total. It was told as first that selected candidates will be paid interns and the selection criteria would be based on skills, however, when they actually made the selection, they selected random 2 people, who don't even participated that well for the assign tasks and then afterwards, they just kicked everyone out of the group created for interns, after sending emails the internship is over.
