Avantages
Gross underpayment and you get paid on a weekly basis. You also don't get paid if you don't complete the task assigned to you within the week. Which means you can go several weeks without getting paid. Employees work directly with the CEO who is known to be a very difficult person to work with. For employees in Nigeria it's compulsory to work from the company's office and live in the company's apartment for 5 days of the week. You only have Saturday and Sunday to spend with your family. This work structure is draining.
Inconvénients
You get bamboozled with lots of tasks. If you're capable of working under pressure then you might get to learn a lot within a short time period.
