      - Food (pre-covid) was great - Good fitness classes - Some great people working at LinkedIn

      Inconvénients

      - Zero coaching provided in 8 months of role - Competitive: Managers constantly comparing each other and comparing reps to each other - Role eliminated despite hitting every KPI/Target since starting - SD/LinkedIn is very political in nature - promotions can depend on whether senior management likes you/know you - Short term focus: Hit targets at whatever the cost - Very little recognition for work well done

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
