Avantages

It's very important to leadership that employees feel valued and appreciated, find happiness and fulfillment in their role, and are able to maintain a work-life balance. They are constantly looking to adapt and evolve in the way that best fits the company's growth and its team that supports that growth.

Inconvénients

A con for some but not for others: The remote environment is much different than your typical office. The company makes great efforts in bringing the team together virtually (team meetings, activities, etc.), but if you thrive on having someone sitting next to you in a cubicle -- a more typical office environment -- this might not be the right fit for you.

Excellent Benefits Competitive Salary Great Coworkers

Inconvénients

The company was acquired by a private equity company that installed a leadership team that quickly came in and demoralized the company. The new leadership team is highly experienced however they implemented lots of new changes not relevant on the actual issues holding back company growth. They went on lavish leadership trips and posted pictures on LinkedIn that left a lot of employees disheartened to see their years of loyalty go unaddressed and the new leadership partying on yachts and at fancy dinners. Major product issues were left unaddressed and unrealistic sales goals were set. To the new team it was easier to find new employees unfamiliar with the industry than to implement feedback or change product. Employees work better when they don’t fear for their jobs.
