Very misleading pay package. Misleading about the job role. I was under the impression that this was a job for young professionals but I was stood in the street for hours upon hours selling charity subscriptions. Where the pay was misleading was that the position was advertised as 30k + commission. In order to make commission you must make 10 sales a week and until then you are payed a mere base salary of the legal minimum. Within the first few weeks you are often not payed at all as you are on ‘probation’. You will not be compensated for travel expenses and are technically ‘self employed’ so they can avoid giving you your owed rights. Buzzing office of lovely young people many of whom leave almost immediately after starting
