      Avantages

      Daily involvement and focus on music and musical instruments. Friendly and politicaly correct employees. Highly decorated "show" building with cool jam room. Ok salaries.

      Inconvénients

      Poor health plans. Poor bonus plan (with unreachable goals). Leadership is split. IMO the modeling technology is now considered old as many competitors are now doing the same modeling. Some with better features and lower price.

      Excellent culture. Everyone worked at their own pace as long as job was completed by deadlines.

      Little to no advancement and pay that is not competitive
