      Avantages

      Great place for construction electricians to cross over into maintenance. Some plants are less enjoyable than others but it's a great starting point.

      Inconvénients

      Continental shifts are hard to get used to coming from a regular Monday to Friday background.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      Inconvénients

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
