Avantages

People are friendly enough, more days off since shifts are 12 hours

Inconvénients

Overtime non-existent the last couple of years I was there. Business way down and they had no qualms sharing that information. Employee appreciation seemed to be much greater when I 1st started, not so much when I left.

Avantages

I was on the IT team which was exceptional; our team leadership & reputation was such that 1 associate was hired away in 18 years. This team pioneered Print On Demand (POD) technology and built & ran Amazon.com's first eBook platform for several years.

Inconvénients

No particular concerns; management respected us to set and hit our goals

Avantages

the health benefits are very good

Inconvénients

worked there for 7 years had a manger threaten my life once and nothing was done to him by upper management, they use intimidation and scare tactics to get the employees to do what they want and at every chance they take your vacation time away from you. None of the mangers or supervisors has ever printed before or been in manufacturing so they know nothing about the printing process. HR has little power to do anything about the problems there, mangers harassing employees until they get so mad they say something that gets them fired, changing the rules every month or so to give management the advantage not the employees, mangers pick at every little thing that happens on the production floor they worry too much about the little things but not about the big production issues that plague this company, like jobs never on time, or poor quality, and their ability to produce a quality product, quality is out the window the employees do not care anymore so they just go through the motions, there are production leads that take the step to rat on every employee for stupid little things and upper management thinks this is the proper way to treat people. They never listen to the people that operate the machines on the best way to increase production they just make up their own rules and procedures and make the operator do what they say, there is no compromise, its their way or the highway, and their way is 90% wrong, too bad the Ingrams don't know about the way the management team treats its own people.
