      Avantages

      I worked with some amazing people. Working for a small company and knowing all my coworkers is a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      All the amazing people I work with keep on getting fired. The lack of stability created a paranoid environment.

      This is 100% my fault. I was hiring too many amazing people. I had to get rid of them because everything was getting too amazing. Sorry.

      Avantages

      More Time for my Life, More Freedom & Flexibility, & Great Pay. Learning great skills, surrounded by a fantastic team environment. Love the support and team. All I have to do is take appointments, show up, close, and earn a ton of money.

      Inconvénients

      Get paid exactly based on effort, no free rides, have to bet on myself rather than accept handouts like a leach.
