Avantages
I throughly enjoy working for LightSpeed VT. The employees have a great connection and we get to do a lot of fun activities. I've made a lot of great friends through this company that I also see outside of work. We have a company kickball team thats very entertaining. We get to enjoy a lunch meeting on fridays where the food is supplied. Friday lunch meetings never get old because we change restaurants every week and theres always a variety. We also have had the privilege of taking company camping/ fishing trips. We celebrate birthdays, and employees have parties on the weekends. I can't forget about the amazing christmas party we have every year. Great venue, food and people. Aside from the fun we have at LightSpeed VT, this is a great company to work for. It's positive and you're inspired to work hard and show your skill. You're constantly learning all different genres... from cooking all the way to learning how to be a leader. Wether you see LightSpeed VT as a long term or short term job - It not only looks good on your resumé but you walk away knowing a lot more then what you came here with. I highly recommend giving LightSpeed VT a shot.
Inconvénients
You may feel pushed to do your best, you may be expected to show results... but when you're doing a job you love - why wouldn't you want to do these things anyway?
