Fast-paced environment – Sometimes things move quickly, which can be challenging to keep up with, but it also pushes you to grow and adapt. Limited cross-department exposure – Depending on your role, you might not interact with every part of the business, though opportunities to collaborate do exist if you seek them out.

I wanted to work for Liforme as I liked that it was a small company with commitments to environmental sustainability and philanthropy, and years later I still stand by my decision.
