      - small team, a lot to learn - great place, nice people - development skills are required in QA as well

      Inconvénients

      - It is a growing company, so there are not really any cons. They are quite flexible

      Avantages

      Small intimate crew who genuinely cares about the growth and development of one another. Work really well together as a team. Challenging at times since we are a small crew, but we always manage to get it done and quickly. Senior has an open door policy - their doors are always open throughout the day and are extremely approachable - even if you don't want to chat about work! They care about their employees more than anything, and make work fun and flexible. Highly recommend.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes we have to dress up for Halloween ;)

      Fun to work. Working more than 5 years. 2 days working remotely.

      Inconvénients

      Annual bonus structure is not anough.
